Powering International Co-creation with Japan

CEATEC 2024, a digital innovation exhibition, was held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba from October 15 to 18, 2024 and featured 808 exhibits from 25 countries, reflecting the world's interest in Japanese business ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームnnovation*.

CEATEC originated as a digital home appliance trade fair in 2000, but evolved in 2016 to have "co-creation" as one of its axes. This was the event's 25th year and the first time it was held in conjunction with the Japan Mobility Show Bizweek, ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームvent organized by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association. This anniversary year celebrated business co-creation that reaches beyond the boundaries of industries, featuring advanced technology from around the world and across sectors.

We interviewed CEATEC 2024 exhibitors from overseas to learn about their motivations and expectations for co-creation with Japanese companies.

Daniel Ley, Senior Vice President Revenue and Business Development of Strangeworks Inc., a quantum computing company, describes Japan as a nation of early adopters. This is a good place for us to showcase the power of quantum and quantum inspired computing," he adds.

Strangeworks has secured Japanese technology partners ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームnvestors ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームs in readiness to go to market. "We hope to benefit by coming into a market where we have technology partners ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームnvestors," Ley states.

Andy Kurtz, Chief Research Officer of a US camera technology company, Circle Optics, also says Japan's early adoption of technology is a key factor, along with partnership potential among the many technology companies. "Being in Japan represents a chance to accelerate our products and our company's growth because of the type of companies that are here," he expects.

Dr. Lucas Brostek, Co-founder of a German transport AI company, cogniBIT, says their company hopes to learn from and share expertise with leading Japanese robotics companies. "Japan is the number one in the world for this kind of technology ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームn autonomous driving. And there is a huge passion in the population for technology. It is a huge market, and we see a lot of companies working on fields that might be interested in our technology," he adds. A representative from a Japanese company who was in business negotiations with cogniBIT at the event confirmed this, saying, "We are always in search of new technologies from overseas."
