Paul, an electrical engineer by trade, joined the company\u2014then known as KJWW\u2014as its 16th employee in 1976. His dedication and leadership propelled him to the role of president in 2003, when the firm had 200 employees and four locations in the Midwest. In 2015, Paul embarked on a bold vision for growth, expanding IMEG through a combination of organic development and strategic acquisitions. Under his leadership, IMEG has grown into a national powerhouse with over 90 office locations, 3,000 team members, and top national rankings on both ENR\u2019s Top 500 Design Firms and BD+C Giants lists.<\/p>\n
Paul\u2019s achievements have earned him numerous accolades, most recently ENR\u2019s Midwest Legacy Award in 2023. He is a member of the Design Futures Council, NSPE, IES, and AEE, and serves on IMEG\u2019s Board of Directors.
