As COO, Mike oversees IMEG\u2019s engineering operations, growth strategies, and staff development initiatives. His approach, shaped by years of close collaboration with clients, focuses on understanding industry trends and best practices to prepare IMEG and its clients for future growth and flexibility. Mike has also been instrumental in the creation of IMEG\u2019s market sector development structure and is a key contributor to the firm\u2019s thought leadership.<\/p>\n
Before stepping into his current leadership roles, Mike served as a healthcare client executive for IMEG\u2019s Quad Cities office. He later became the firm\u2019s Director of Healthcare in 2019 and was promoted to Vice President in 2022. Mike holds an engineering degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa\u2019s Henry B. Tippie College of Business. In recognition of his industry impact, he was named one of ENR\u2019s 20 Under 40 in 2017.
