Topic: “Harmonizing Corporate Management and Overcoming Intercultural Challenges at a Japanese-German Joint Venture: A Japanese Point of View”
Both H.C. Starck GmbH and JNC Corporation are not only internationally operating companies but also act in the German as well as in the Japanese market. Nevertheless, both pursue diverging ways of corporate management. For that reason, two differing cultural and working concepts needed to be harmonized, when the Joint Venture カジノ ブラック ジャックy Materials (CSEM) was founded in 2012: aspects of leadership, communication, decision making, marketing as well as intercultural issues had to be identified and adjusted.
Our speaker will share his experiences in managing the international and intercultural Joint Venture. Which steps were taken in order to accommodate the number of requirements? Which initiatives were realized to overcome the intercultural challenges?
