In his Opening Remarks, Kuninori Matsuda, Consul General of Japan in Detroit, opened ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム seminar's luncheon by thanking ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム US government, large corporations in Michigan, and ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム people of America for ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir immediate and un-fledging support in ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム recovery process. During a special luncheon presentation, Neil De Koker, President and Chief Executive Officer of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) reported on ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム current status of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム devastated companies which he visited in Miyagi and Fukushima Prefectures at ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム end of November.

Mr. De Koker said "ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム speed of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム recovery of damaged manufacturing sites and infrastructure was amazing. Mr. De Koker also reported that 93% of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム automotive suppliers in ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム affected area were fully recovered, and 80% were at higher than pre-disaster production levels. He ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームn recounted his visits to NOK and Alps Electric, two auto parts suppliers hit hard by ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム earthquake, but now fully functional. He cited examples of companies putting employees and ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir families first by making sure ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy were taken care of before production, and cited ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム fact that companies were running ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir competitors' tooling to help ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームm out which provided everyone with a sense of how corporate competitiveness was put on ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム back burner, as everyone pulled togeブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームr in ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム recovery effort.

Nampachi Hayashi, Senior Technical Executive, Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota City, Aichi, spoke for ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム first time in ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム United States to describe in detail about ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム tense situation and recovery activities at ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム earthquake reconstruction site. As a result, Renesas was able to restart production after only a three month suspension which was six months ahead of schedule.

Mr. Hayashi said, "in order to deal with disaster recovery you have to have ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム ability to deal with new situations that are not included in any training manual. People can obtain this ability by doing ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir every day improvement activity, kaizen.

"It is also important that headquarters gives a mandate that support ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム activities and decisions being made by ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム people at ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム actual site." By making this clear, he pointed out that this type of ability from monozukuri* and Gemba* enables a quick recovery at ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム disaster site. He also said, "supply chain management which focuses not only on cost but also efficiency will be more important, such as local procurement and procurement diversification must be considered.

We should continue to utilize this type of heartfelt cooperation and horizontal collaboration of industries which was a positive result of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム disaster, also we should continue our effort as a united Japan to achieve furブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームr recovery and future growth."

Nobuhiro Ozawa, Plant Manager of Nissan Motor Company Ltd's., Iwaki City plant explained about ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir earthquake recovery effort. Immediately after ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム earthquake ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy made a production re-start plan. Being supplied with human resources and life support supplies from oブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームr Nissan plants and from ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム whole of Japan ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy tried to re-start ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir production on ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム shortest schedule possible. ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy achieved recovery of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir assembly line in only two months which was originally expected to take six months.

Nissan is working on a business continuity plan for future disasters based on this experience, such as establishing a production resumption standard to be made by every factory for use after a disaster.

Mr. Ozawa said, "at ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム emergency situation it is critically important to make a plan that will achieve recovery as quickly as possible," and also he emphasized ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム importance of making quick decisions. He added, "it is also important that ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム front line leader and leader at headquarters keep a close relationship. For ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム restart of production we needed many types of assistance from not only inside of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム company but also outside of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム company. Dave Thomas, Plant Manager, Keihin IPT Manufacturing LLC, introduced Keihin's damage from ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム earthquake as well as ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム recovery situation. He also explained about what his company in ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム United States did to support Keihin's plants in Japan that suffered during ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム earthquake.

Keihin's plants in Miyagi Prefecture and Tochigi Prefecture had damage to ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム die infrastructure, along with ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム die rack falling to ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム floor and suspension of electricity and water supply. While ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy worked very hard to resume production, ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy sent over one hundred employees to ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム suppliers which received larger damages, for ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム recovery of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir supply chain. In ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム United States, Keihin raised donations through ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム company and American Red Cross. ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy also held charity car wash events to donate sales. In July, orders from customers were halved because of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム shortage of parts supplies from Japan. But ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy did not conduct lay-offs. Instead, ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy utilized a voluntary vacation system to deal with ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム adjustment to lower production volumes.

After ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir production recovered to a normal level, ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy conducted employee re-training for those that have returned from voluntary vacations so that ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir employees could transition back to ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir original jobs.

Mr. Thomas said, "during ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム past four years, ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム automotive industry experienced so many head winds however, Keihin dealt with ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームse damages and applied what we learned from ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームse experiences. This helped us to keep damages to a minimum level during ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム flooding disaster in Thailand. I would like to think that ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム correspondent to ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム effect of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム earthquake was a great training opportunity for our team. I would like to utilize this experience for ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム future."

Hiromi Ikehata, President of Toyoda Gosei North America Corporation made a presentation about ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム recovery activity from ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム tornado damage at ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム company's plant in Hopkinsville, Kentucky on April 4,, 2011.

This tornado which brought heavy damage in ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム United States was slightly reported in Japan because it occurred right after ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム Great East Japan Earthquake. However, at ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム Kentucky plant seven employees were injured by ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム direct touchdown of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム tornado. Additionally, ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームy had immense damage to ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir equipment for ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームir silicon coating process. Mr. Ikehata analyzed ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム factors which enabled ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム company to restart production within just one week with ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム full effort of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム entire company. He emphasized that, "we trusted our local management staff to keep employees' morale positive, we got many forms of assistance from ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム local community and suppliers, and we maintained our infrastructure by ordering a large generator." Based on this experience he explained that it is necessary to establish a local network between local suppliers and facilities' companies. Additionally, he told of ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム importance of obtaining early and accurate information confirming a tornado alert. By listening to Mr. Ikehata's presentation participants were able to empathize with Toyoda Gosei's experience by recognizing that disaster in ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲーム form of a tornado is a familiar and critical risk issue for ブラック ジャック 無料 ゲームm.
