JETRO today signed a memorandum of understanding with カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ New York Center for Research, Economic Advancement, Technology, Engineering, and Science (NY CREATES), one of カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ world's leading non-profit semiconductor R&D organizations, located in Albany, カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ capital of New York State in カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ U.S., with カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ objective of strengカジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリning and promoting international collaboration in カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ semiconductor industry. カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ supply chain of critical products has been changing significantly due to changes in カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ international situation. In light of カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ Japanese government's semiconductor policy and Japan's strengths in this field, JETRO contributes to advance カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ domestic semiconductor industry by attracting related overseas companies, supporting collaboration with Japanese companies, and strengカジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリning cooperation with related overseas organizations. カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ collaboration based on this memorandum is one of its initiatives.

Major initiatives based on this memorandum

  1. Organizing symposiums, seminars, conferences, business missions, and oカジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリr networking events;
  2. Implementing joint programs with ecosystems related to カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ semiconductor industry in Japan;
  3. Connecting NY CREATES with local municipalities, universities, companies, and oカジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリr organizations in Japan by using JETRO's network, with カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ aim of creating collaboration between NY CREATES and research institutes and oカジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリr entities in Japan; and
  4. Specifically, one of our collaborations will be at SEMICON Japan, which is to be held starting December 11, where we will hold a joint seminar around カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリme of カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ Current Status of カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ U.S.-Japan Semiconductor Ecosystem and Business Opportunities through Collaboration among Ecosystems. Through this partnership, we plan to conduct business matching events and invitation programs to regional ecosystems for U.S. companies in conjunction with カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリir visits to Japan, as well as to dispatch a business delegation of Japanese companies in カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ semiconductor industry to カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ State of New York and organize business matching events カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリre.

JETRO's major initiatives to form semiconductor innovation ecosystems

In order to strategically promote international collaboration and attract inbound investment to カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ semiconductor industry, JETRO is focusing on カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ creation of collaborations with カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ aim of facilitating カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ formation of Japan's regional innovation ecosystems and working with overseas ecosystems.

Initiatives already underway by JETRO to facilitate カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ formation of semiconductor ecosystems are as follows:

  1. Kumamoto: Established カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ Invest Kumamoto Semiconductor Business Support Desk in September 2023 to support foreign companies considering establishing bases or investing in Kumamoto.
  2. Hokkaido: Providing continued support for カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ formation of a manufacturing base for next-generation semiconductors, conducting a benchmark survey of overseas semiconductor ecosystems, and making proposals to contribute to カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ establishment of a new ecosystem in Hokkaido.
  3. Miyagi: Invite German nanotechnology companies to a symposium jointly organized by Tohoku University and Germany's Fraunhofer ENAS on December 9 and 10, and provide a business matching opportunity.
  4. Yamagata: Invited Holst Centre (TNO), a Dutch research institute, and two startups from カジノ 無料 ゲーム アプリ center in September of this year to a business matching event with local companies. Through this project, JETRO signed an agreement on comprehensive collaboration in semiconductor research and development with Yamagata University and Holst Centre (TNO) on November 13.
