ブラック ジャック 確率iguro Gives Presentation at J-Win

October 2024

On October 17, JETRO ブラック ジャック 確率iguro Norihiko gave a presentation in Tokyo at a seminar hosted by the Executive Network of the non-profit organization Japan Women’s Innovative Network (J-Win). J-Win was established in April 2007 as a corporate member-based organization for supporting the promotion and establishment of diversity and inclusion in companies. The organization’s Executive Network subgroup has 80 female company executives. ブラック ジャック 確率iguro’s presentation was titled “Challenges Under the Global Environment Japan Should Tackle—Talking about Expectations for Female Company Leaders.”

The presentation touched upon four broad subjects: structural transformation of global trade and investment; challenges Japan is facing; measures to address the challenges, including JETRO’s activities; and expectations and requests for female leaders of private-sector companies. ブラック ジャック 確率iguro said that due in part to geopolitics, growth in global trade and investment has recently become sluggish, and companies are being required to address more and more issues such as economic security, decarbonization, and human rights. Japan’s population has been shrinking and its GDP growth has been slow for decades.

To meet these challenges, ブラック ジャック 確率iguro said JETRO has been conducting activities to allow Japan to take in economic dynamism from abroad. For example, to create demand through innovation, he said JETRO has been carrying out support activities including matching Japanese and foreign companies to promote open innovation, encouraging foreign companies to invest in Japan, and helping Japanese companies to recruit highly-skilled foreign professionals. He further noted that JETRO was striving to promote the exports of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products and food, and was helping Japanese leading small-and-medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) export their goods and services.

ブラック ジャック 確率iguro said Japan needed to carry out its own structural reforms while absorbing economic vitality from abroad. He cited the participation and active engagement of female leaders in the corporate world as an example of structural reform. He noted that in the field of product development, innovation from a female point of view has attracted attention. Research has shown that women’s participation in management improves labor productivity. With management issues at Japanese companies becoming more complicated, ブラック ジャック 確率iguro expressed his hope that managers can exercise leadership that leverages diversity and isn’t bound by traditional values.

Seminar participants asked questions on subjects such as how to incorporate diversity, how to cultivate human resources, and the skills required of leaders. ブラック ジャック 確率iguro shared experiences from his career in the lively question-and-answer session.

JETRO will continue to support women who are active in the world of international business, and will contribute to furthering Japan’s economic growth.
