Eco-Pork provides data-driven solutions that enhance productivity in pig farming while reducing environmental impact. We are an impact-driven startup company committed to addressing the global protein crisis and mitigating environmental challenges in livestock industries.

Our Vision is “Passing on the genuine meat Culture to the Next Generation. and our Mission is “Building a Data-Driven Circular Economy for Pork Production”. We will overcome the protein crisis, which is expected to hit as early as 2027, by making the pig farming, the world's largest primary industry market at 40 trillion yen, sustainable.

We have a 13% share of the domestic pig farming industry (as of October 2024) and are growing steadily, but we are aiming to further expand our business, including overseas expansion. Therefore, we are actively recruiting people who have experience in overseas market research, sales activities, business strategy planning, and project management. Our overseas business working style allows for full-flex and full-remote working. We are actually working with a team of foreign nationals and Japanese living abroad.

We develop and provide data-driven ICT/IoT/AI solutions for pig farmers that improve productivity and reduce environmental impact.

Our main service, Porker, a pig farming management support system, is a cloud service that visualizes all aspects of pig farming; as of its launch in 2018, approximately 13% of domestically produced pork (as of October 2024) is being produced using our solutions. In addition, our solution enables self-motivation of pig production by linking with various IoT sensors and piggery environment controllers. This will contribute to the sustainability of pig farmers by improving sales, reducing costs, and saving labor.

The impact of our business on society and the environment has been highly evaluated by the Japanese government, as demonstrated in the Smart Agriculture Demonstration Project of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), the SBIR of MAFF, and the J-Startup Impact of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
