RICOS aims to realize a world that people can instantly make the visualized ideals real by utilizing computational science and technology in the site of manufacturing.

To realize that world, RICOS is currently expanding its business centered on the product development of the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) platform ブラックジャックストラテジーuot;RICOS Production Suiteブラックジャックストラテジーuot; and the development of machine learning algorithms, which is a unique technology. We are looking for members who like computational science and technology and have a strong desire to solve social issues by this technology.

In order to further expand our business, including overseas expansion, we are actively recruiting domestic/overseas sales representatives, overseas distributor development representatives and consulting engineers for overseas customers.
We welcome candidates with a deep understanding of CAE and other product development processes in the manufacturing industry, as well as experience in sales to distributors from the perspective of a trading company or manufacturer.
Our working style is fully flexible and fully remote, so you can work freely, for example, while living and working abroad.

While primarily serving Japanese clients, we launched international operations this year and has already begun business with European OEMs, with plans to further expand in Europe and the Americas.
