New employees have 3 programs (New employee orientation, new employee training and OJT).
2-3 years employees as an intermediate programmer focus on development tasks within a team environment and receive company support for continuous technical skill improvement.
4-5 years employees as a senior programmer develop expertise in system design, development, and management and mentor junior engineers and prepare for leadership roles.
7 and beyond employees as a system engineer become leaders. They take on responsibilities such as system usage definition, customer needs analysis, and design. In addition, they guide and mentor junior engineers to foster a strong team culture.
