Our company specializes in custom manufacturing of prototype and development parts, serving industries like aerospace, satellites, and industrial machinery. As we prepare to expand into the U.S. market, particularly in Texas, we are looking for passionate individuals who aspire to grow with us. Initially, you'll work at our Osaka headquarters for 1-2 years, gaining experience in U.S. market development through business trips and online engagements. After establishing our U.S. office, you will have the opportunity to relocate as part of the startup team, driving sales and building strong client relationships on-site.
Prior to establishing our Vietnam plant, we hired Vietnamese personnel, and they account for 20% of our total workforce. Other employees are from Myanmar and China, making it a comfortable working environment for overseas personnel. Those who joined the company with little Japanese language skills are gradually learning and becoming able to do their jobs.

We are a fabricator of custom-made plastic and metal parts. Our customers sometimes have the attitude of: “We want the parts we need when we need them, and we want them right away!” In order to meet such needs, we offer one of the fastest delivery times in the industry. General consumer goods distributed around the world are mass-produced at factories, and we support that world by manufacturing parts for the machines, equipment, and robots used to produce them. We specialize in high-mix, low-volume production, and we use 3D printers for modeling and machining via machining centers and NC lathes. Our strength is that we manufacture parts to order, even if only one order is placed. As a result, our products are used in a wide variety of industries, including robotics, aerospace, and inspection equipment for research institutes.
We currently have a manufacturing plant in Vietnam and sell locally manufactured products in Japan, but in the future we would like to expand our sales channels to local companies. In the future, we also hope to expand our technological products to the U.S., where the aerospace and robotics industries are advanced.
