We believe it is a highly dense and highly efficient business model, and we are looking to expand it overseas. We are considering starting the business model in Malaysia and Canada. We are considering hiring leaders for overseas expansion who will eventually become local managers. We seek those who are proficient with the language, understand the culture of the target country, and have tennis experience. We have yet to hire full-time foreign employees, but we do have experience with hiring working holiday workers. We plan on responding flexibly for those residing overseas through fully remote employment until their arrival in Japan.
