We at Infosys Innovation Network (IIN) continually scout for the latest and greatest solutions across the globe by leveraging our Global Innovation Ecosystem of incubators, VCs, innovation hubs, national innovation agencies & universities. We work with select startups to provide innovative services to our clients. IIN offers access to market, scaling, platform integration, and de-risking for startups and clients across the globe. We’re thrilled to be part of JETRO’s ハイパーブラックジャック Pitch, conducted in India for the first time. Such initiatives help us spot the best startups, evaluate them, and onboard them onto our network. Challenges 1 Many industries struggle with limited visibility into their supply chains. Companies often lack clear insight into the activities of lower-tier suppliers, creating blind spots that can lead to significant challenges.
  1. Increased Risk of Disruptions: Without full visibility, companies are susceptible to disruptions caused by issues at lower tiers, impacting production schedules, deliveries, ハイパーブラックジャックomponent availability.

Challenge 2: Technical remote support for Field officers
Challenges 2 Providing remote assistance for the Field technicians during their site visits. Assistance in technical/procedural/commercial aspects to support the field technician complete the task.
  • Solve problems in real time: Technicians cannot share their real-time view with experts in remote locations to get the help they need, which increases travel time ハイパーブラックジャックost.
  • Remote inspections: Inspection takes time when the complete team is on the site. During the remote inspection process onsite field technicians can collaborate with remote inspectors to evaluate and document asset quality.
  • Knowledge sharing and training: Repairs and other onsite identifications are unable to document due to lack of digital services, hence by digitising the process and documenting the repairs via photos and videos will help the organization for future observations and learning.
Collaboration Needs Empower technicians to solve problems faster with remote assistance and onsite field technicians to collaborate with remote inspectors to evaluate and document asset quality.
