Qualification

  1. Overseas food importers, etc. who wish to procure Japanese food products are allowed to join the morning session. Morning session participants must reside Central and Eastern Europe and Baltic states. Also, they must have decision-making authority for purchases.
  2. All participants must respond to JETRO’s follow-up suveys.
  3. JETRO reserves the right to refuse participation if the number of applicants is exceeded or for any other reason.
  4. The company to which JETRO outsources its services may contact morning session participants to arrange accommodations and airline tickets, and to notify you about the results of the matching process.
  5. Morning session participants are asked to select suppliers you wish to have business meeting via “Japan Street”, an online catalog site that can be viewed only by a limited number of overseas buyers who are invited by JETRO.Register fee is free. When the time comes to select suppliers, we will guide you through the registration process.
