Reboot Technology Services Limited is a 50-50 joint venture between NEC Capital Solutions Ltd., the IT leasing arm of NEC Corp., and Macquarie Asset Finance Japan Ltd., part of the financial services provider Macquarie Group Ltd. headquartered in Sydney, Australia. It was established in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture, on the outskirts of Tokyo, in April 2008 to process and remarket end-of-lease equipment returned by customers of NEC Capital Solutions.
